Variety: Aerosmith Returns to the Stage With Two Hollywood Bowl Concerts

Aerosmith will play two nights at the Hollywood Bowl on October 29 and November 1, Variety reported, two years after the band said it was retiring from touring.

The shows are billed as California, Dream On: Aerosmith & Friends, with Don Was as music director and a rotating guest list that Variety said includes Run-D.M.C., Heart, Slash, Sammy Hagar and Tom Morello. The band canceled its 2023 Peace Out farewell tour after Steven Tyler fractured his larynx, and in August 2024 it said his vocal recovery was not possible.

What is confirmed is two dates at one venue. Variety's report did not mention further shows, and it said final lineups will be named at or near showtime.
